Gone baby gone

Anyone else see this movie? I thought it was one of the best pictures ive seen this year. I wasnt convinced halfway through the movie after the big event at the quarry..it seemed like the movie was going to end there and I feel that was the worst part of the film, that lack of momentum right there, but then the second half redeems itself and ends up making for a great movie.

The book was really good, but I like anything by Lehane.

is when the cops give him the fake transcript to read. I mean the odds are not so small that for some reason or whatever he will find out that cops dont take transcripts of incoming calls. When that happens of course it will lead him down the path of finding out what really happened
