What part do you disagree with? Not being committed after a 4bet or do you think a 4bet to 225 or so is going to look stronger and have more FE?

Definitely 4 bet preflop, and as played i'd fold the flop but I'd be very unhappy about it.

180 should be enough (and it should make you able to get away getting something like 1.6 when some1 behind pushes, if that's your wish) your FE should be about the same.
Would you Push jj+ in that spot? |

I think making it 180 will sometimes make someone with 99 or TT call in position whereas he might have folded to a bigger 4bet/ shove. Wether this is a good thing or not depends on your range of course.
FWIW I mix it up between 4betting to like 220-240 and shoving. |
