PS Lobby - Always First Table
Whenever I open a Stars cash game table and then have the lobby reopen, it automatically goes back to the very first table in the lobby.
Usually, I would have already decided those tables weren't good and am opening tables in the M's, etc and lose my place. Is there a way to have the last table I opened remain highlighted? This issue just started with the recent updates in the last day or two. Stars Planner forces the PS lobby to the top but does not currently remember the last table opened. Is there a script that will do this? Thanks. |

Re: PS Lobby - Always First Table
Hopefully they will fix this as I'm sure it is a bug.

Re: PS Lobby - Always First Table
OK, I have figured out how to do this.
First you must uninstall PokerStars. After this is done you go to PokerStars.com and Download the program and install it. At the end of the installation it will ask if you want to "Launch PokerStars" - just untick the box to look like this: After that Right Click on the PokerStars Client on your desktop and click on Properties like this: Now in the Target Text it should read - "C:\Program Files\PokerStars\PokerStarsUpdate.exe" but now change it to "C:\Program Files\PokerStars\PokerStars.exe" which looks like this: After this just click OK and load up the PokerStars Client and it won't ask you to update and you should be good. |

Re: PS Lobby - Always First Table
Stars support had me send them log files in regards to this problem. Last night I received an email from them that said:
"We have identified the issue, and our programmers are working diligently to fix this problem. We anticipate that this problem will be corrected shortly and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused." |

Good to hear. Thought maybe it was a tactic to combat bots or something.

from the Zoo
This change in behaviour of the software has been reported to our software development team, and it will likely be addressed in a future revision of the software. It is unlikely that a special release will be created to change this before the next scheduled release in early November. Best Regards, Jeff PokerStars Game Security |
