My image is pretty laggy. I've 3 bet randall twice so far and he 4 bet bth times and i folded both times. Thoughts on turn and river?

I like the way you played it and I would probably fold the river. I don't think he's value betting a J here and I don't think he's calling the flop against you here that wide which makes the range of hands that you beat by the river pretty slim.
