im playing in an extremely loose game with opponents who are more or less weak. It seems any time I raise with a real hand it is still 4 to the flop. Its amazing how many times they hit there weak 2 pair and cannot fold. My pfr is around 10-12. In a game like this should I be raising much less?

Are your opponents loose passive or loose aggressive post flop? If they are loose passive, take them to value town. For LAGs there are threads on dealing how to handle them.

loose passive. but everytime I pick up a good hand on the button, with so many people in the pot and the fact that they are all calling stations, is it still correct to have a high pfr?

Yes. You want to bloat the pots when you have position and hands that can do very well postflop. After the flop semibluff to sweeten the pot and VB your strong hands.
