I don't like the overlimp ... is the UTG limp why you don't raise? If so, why not just fold PF?

As played, I don't know if you have any FE, especially if BB has a 3. If I raise I raise to 2400-3000. But I probably fold, and kick myself for having limped.

For those raising this spot, what do you do to a BB 3bet?

1. i don't raise bc my position is my power and my hand is marginal and there would be 3 players to act.

2. my position will alllow me to bluff win pots here + hit a flop enough to be +ev.

3. i flat called the turn bet because a. he may be bluffing and im ahead. b. i may have as many as 15 outs c. if he does have a 3 and i flush hes paying off if he fills oh well it is gambling

This looks like a very strong hand. I don't know what your reads are, but if he's the sort of player who wouldn't lead with a strong 7 in this situation (a lot of players wouldn't), you'll have little to no fold equity with a raise.

IMO calling 900 to win 2450 is pretty decent for a flush draw with two overs, and if he was leading a 7 you'll probably get a free showdown.

I'm a little unsure why BB has to have a 3. Sure,he might, but isn't it just as likely that he's taking a stab at a pot no-one else wants?

I'd call and as you said, you might easily have 15 outs here. Also, you have the advantage of seing what he does on the river.

I think the more important thing is if he doesn't have a 3, a call on the turn would let you see that for certain on the river.

I think this could be a 3, although an agrro BB could also be leading with a 7. If the turn was > 7 then the likelihood of a 3 is much greater IMO. Since it was a 5, it's tougher to narrow hiw range. If BB is not aggro, this bet is pretty strong, given that he's leading into 3 people, one of whom could also have a 3 (board texture makes checking a 3 on flop very possible.)

I don't like raising here, and i'm not sure if u have the implied odds to call if u discount your overcard outs.

I would call this, I don't think raising is a good idea sine a 3 is probably coming over the top, and any intelligent player probably would have bet a pair of sevens on the flop against 3 opponents. He could have something like 55,66,88, and I think you are getting the right implied odds for a call.
