Default 100nl, line checks on two hands

Ok, i know these werent played that great I just moved up, and last nite i was tryin a few silly moves. Didnt go great to say the lease but these were two hands that i werent sure about, and had some comments that I didnt really think were true...

Hand 1

Ok, preflop i think is fine i think. Somtimes I 3bet here, but this time i felt a call was fine.

On the flop, should I be doing a PSR? to 12? In this situation am I trying to push people out on a semi bluff, or keep them in because my equity is high?

Considering my equity is 50% on the flop so im almost a favourite to win the hand over the other two, am I looking to keep them in and pot build, or win it on the flop?

Hand 2

Im not a fan of my passive line preflop I wouldve preferred a 3bet somtimes here, the raise with air on the flop I had a feeling it was pretty much a dead pot and I had position to make a move on the turn so I raised, the jack was a bonus, so I barrelled, then another hit so i 3 barrelled. Then given his shove, i called. Does everyone else go broke here?

Hand 1 looks good, I'd often just call the flop bet (because i suck) but the way you played it gets more money in the pot for when you hit and gives you the option of a free card when you miss.
I see it as a free card play rather than a take it down here play though because one of them will almost always have an ace and not fold.

Hand 2 I fold pre flop, if I play it I need to know the guy who raised is raising lots of hands and I'll 3 bet. AJ is just not a good hand once you've been bet into to. I do and dont like the flop raise, it's not something I'd do but it's something I'd quite like to start doing. I'd often float and look to take it away on the turn but the way this hand goes once you get to the turn there really isn't much you can do.
