Default Flop an overpair, what to do now? (Party 25NL 6max)

I haven't been at the table long, but I am lagging it up and chatting like a donk. I think it's safe to say that my pf raises get little respect, so I'm raising for value pf (+ I hate minraises). What do you guys think of pf (I expected to fold out BB)? and WTF do I do on the flop now that I'm OOP w/ an overpair in a decent pot?

Bet the pot. You took control of the hand preflop and now it's time to represent your overpair. A c/r is risky considering the flop could have easily missed your opponents, and there are a zillion cards you don't want to see on the turn.
