Default Top boat on flop turns into a fold?

Villain is alotofaction. It had been a long time since I had played with him, and my read is that he used to have a wild streak in him and I would've pretty much instacalled vs. the old him, but since I have been playing with him again he seems to be playing really solid.

I think I might have made a mistake on the river raise as well, as he probably has a hand that he either is calling most raises with or folding to most raises with, but I was thinking it was possible I might get a call from the 3rd player in the hand with an AK type hand if I didn't get too greedy. As far as the shove, from the timing it is pretty clear to me that AoA planned the shove before I ever raised his bet.

meh, I don't usually like to get this tricky with my big hands but after there's a bet and a call in front I really don't feel like I can take a more aggressive line than I did without telegraphing that my hand is huge

Don't take this the wrong way but this might actually be the worst betting line ever, I don't even know where to begin the criticism. Sending anthrax to toddlers should be considered less a punishable offense then this.

are you saying if you had 76s this would be the easiest c/r bluff ever?

I think it would be a fine spot for a bluff

These are obviously not the same though, since when someone has a 3 in their hand I'm getting paid whether I c/r or not and by just calling I also let someone improve to a second best hand or pay off a river bet with a hand they would fold to a flop c/r.
