Re: [PLO 25] AA + FD on the flop
Raise preflop. I'd raise the flop. Play rest of hand dependent on the results of these plays. As played, river is probably a call.

Re: [PLO 25] AA + FD on the flop
agree with all of above, as I am playing / learning more Omaha I am finding having the betting lead is important to let you take down pots more on the flop in these lower limit games as theyre so passive, so even though your aces aren't fantastic I still re-raise and will also more or less guarantee you position for the rest of the hand, and make it easier to play post flop. Not sure if this is optimal but just what im finding as im learning PLO at these limits.

Re: [PLO 25] AA + FD on the flop
Villan dosent look like someone to mess with at these limits, pre flop is meh - i dont mind reraising with pos to isolate him and pull it down with a c-bet, but i also dont mind calling and trying to hit an disguised ace multi way. as played i call flop and fold turn. TAG is looking to do some business and this hand is usually some Axxx/w nut spades type hand

Re: [PLO 25] AA + FD on the flop
Against a player w/ these stats, I don't mind the call pf. Its not horrible. When the flop comes 2 spades to the flush and you have AA non spades, utg probably has the As and the nfd. I might peel the flop, but if I couldn't/wouldn't fold the flop I defintely fold on turn.

Re: [PLO 25] AA + FD on the flop
I agree with the others to re-raise pre-flop. As for the flop, I reckon I would have needed more information to make an accurate decision.

Re: [PLO 25] AA + FD on the flop
Stating some obvious advice...
If you are going to be 3-betting preflop with AAXX, make sure you occasionally do it with other hands to (e.g., JT98). 3-betting means AAXX for most players and a good opponent can take advantage of this. |
