bet more on the flop. I think folding turn is fine. I wouldn't bet the flop as weak so i'm not too sure how that affects his turn range, but no way is KQ a huuuuge part of it. I'd say a small part. Most of his bluff hands have decent equity vs you as well, (more equity than you have vs him when he has the goods)

Really think the best and only line is to call here and re-evaluate. Raising likely only folds out worse hands and brings along better ones (that old mantra) and we likely to stand to have the best of it here.
