The acromegaly is noticeable, as is the gut growth. A cardiologist who gave him an ECG would notice massive heart growth as well as severe thickening of the heart's walls. Pretty obvious, really. Bones just should not grow naturally beyond puberty. [/ QUOTE ]   OMG, you're right. They almost look like twins!!! I don't think he started using in '98 though, his dad must have fed him HGH growing up because this picture of him from '86 shows his acromegaly too:
