Your 8s up are a loser in the long run so try not to even get in the situation.

As the panel has pointed out, there is no point at which you should be putting any money into this pot. Since you've asked specifically about fourth, you have the lowest possible pair, out in the open for the world to see, and no secondary possibilities worth mentioning. It's pretty unlikely that you have the best hand, especially when someone else bets, and it's also unlikely that you will end up with the best hand. About the only way you can make a hand that you'll really like is by catching a third Deuce, and that will likely kill your action.
Fifth is a also a fold. It's pretty likely that open Tens has you beaten. If he doesn't, he has outs, probably quite a few if he was betting an open-ender on fourth. Meanwhile, you have four outs to a full house, and that full house won't even be good 100% of the time. So either he has you beaten pretty soundly or he's drawing very live. You're not in good shape here. Get while the gettin's good. On the river, you're only beating a bluff, and even loose, wild players usually won't bluff into multiple opponents very often. Your two scraggly pair aren't going to be good nearly often enough to justify calling.
