I dunno the only halfway plausible hands you beat on the turn are like 88-44 and he has to be kinda insane to bet the river w/ those.

I don't understand the c/r flop? If he's betting out you would have to assume he has a king or 1010+, I don't think he's going to bet out with 88-44, possible, but it'd be more likely he has a king or even the flush.

My only difference would be to call the flop, bet the turn, if he raises, call it down and fire again on the river.

Personally, that's not a hand I like to be involved with, alot of hands beat you and that's never good.

A tough Tag has a big range here so I like the flop; he's betting everything. Donk/call turn + donk river sounds really weird.

I like your play up until the turn raise. Thats a pretty strong line from button IMO. Without a redraw to the flush, I just dump it on the turn.

any decent player will bet any flop after 3-betting PF. he seems to have started 3-betting me PF very lightly, so i would put his range at approximately 44+,A8s+,KJs+,A9o+,KQo. i c/r this flop because i am a favorite against his range. his turn raise is strong, but i believe i play in games that are more lag than others here so its necessary to peel, as a lot of worse hands will raise the turn for a free showdown (which is what happened here).

im still up in the air on how often i need to call a possible river bet.

Flop play is fine. On the turn, I dump it to the raise. You have shown a lot of strength and the tough player is shutting you down. He doesn't care that you say you have a King. Since you have much worse, I would fold and save 2BBs.

I would just c/c the flop. Vs my range, youre a little bit better than 50% to have the best hand, but very few worse hands are paying you off and no better hands are folding. I also want him to bet his hands like A8s and AJ on the turn.
