Re: poker results thing: if it's a friend of mine that asks me relatively often, I don't mind getting into numbers, because he's gonna know about my big losses too, and knows to look at it from the right perspective.
If it's someone that doesn't know me that well, I have adopted a new policy of not telling them anything and avoiding the subject altogether.

And read the last sentence again, it wasn't directed at *you* directly. Sorry about my crappy English skills, I tried to make the same point you did. Actually, does anyone know where that picture comes from? Because that hair style was kind of popular in Holland a few years back, we had some celebrities that looked like that. Hair gel or whatever it is they use in general is in more widespread use than in the US.
