Re: PGA Championship Thread
Woody makes the President's Cup team!!!
Awesome, good for him. He is a head case and a grinder, and I love him. BTW, Els played GREAT today. 66 in the final round of a major? No choking at all, he played superb. Now, can we get Boo on the Ryder Cup team? THAT would be something! |

Re: PGA Championship Thread
[ QUOTE ]
Tiger's thoroughly in his head and has been for years which I find pathetic in a top notch golfer at that level. [/ QUOTE ] From what I see, Els has finished 2nd to Tiger in two majors, losing by margins of 15 strokes and 8 strokes, both in 2000 (US and British Open). I don't think any "mental strength" was at fault in those tourneys. |

Re: PGA Championship Thread
If Woody had only made that kick-in on #4 at least Tiger would've had to make par here on 18.

Re: PGA Championship Thread
Woody did play well, and showed some great attitude.
I figured Tiger would go out and shoot a ho-hum 69 or 70 and win, which he's going to do, but Woody and Ernie made it closer than one would've thought given that result from Tiger. |

Nantz with his standard cornball reference. [/ QUOTE ] "No one can take the heat like Tiger Woods." DIE JIM NANTZ AND YOUR GAY BOTTLED QUOTES. EDIT: this is why Dan Hicks is way better than Jim Nantz. |
