No-nothing looking for some general guidance
I've never really thought or cared about money much before this year. But, graduating from school next May, I've become interested in means of making money that don't involve being tied down to a job.
Poker is one potential means, but I'm new to the game (working my way up the micro stakes ladder) and have no idea how far I can go with it. Playing my didgeridoo on the street is another (heh). I've no taste or skills for networking, schmoozing or working with a lot of people. I'm mainly interested in things I can do online such as ebay selling. I've never taken a business or economics class. I am willing to learn by reading and continuing to ask questions, however. The only specific question I can ask: I'm thinking of purchasing a book on ebay business. Good idea? I used to enjoy buying and selling on the World of Warcraft auction house, so some small stakes ebay is something I could see myself getting into. Other than that I'd appreciate any general advice or guidance anyone has to offer. |
