I never know what to do in spots like this, where I think I am probably best, but am OOP. Is check/raising the flop bad? Is donk turn bet ok? should i bet more on the turn? i don't really want to waste more $ on the turn if i am beat. |

I like leading the flop at times. Clarifies the issue a lot. Calling the turn seems weak.

Re: Is this an acceptable line? 88 200nl
Flop CR is OK on this board. There isn't much of his range that can withstand a CR. Calling the flop and donking the turn is a similar strategy so usually your line is OK. However, the turn card puts a lot of broadway draws and potential pairs out there, so you aren't getting the folds that a flop CR would get.
Overall, I think your line is OK, but probably not optimal. |
