There's absolutely no way someone that is decent will give you value on any kind of bet. His hand looks like a QJ (because of the minraise) and the occasional set. By the river he's not putting any more money in the pot without AT LEAST the Q-high flush draw (very bottom end of the range and the only part that you bear) or a boat.

I usually only see things play out like this where this is quads, straight flush, a hand with c/c value that is greater than yours, or a scared hand that isn't going to give you value.

Without any real info on the other player checking behind is ok and will encourage bluffs later.

CHecking behind is fine. As played I probably bet 60 on the river.

i would bet40-60 river
he could call with 2 pairs, thought u bluff
he can call with Kxxx (to weak thou, he'd probably bet river then)
