The 3-bet stuff couldn't be done in PA Hud. The information wasn't in the database. This will change in the next version of PT. |

Also, what difference does it make if the HM thread has 60 pages? It was around before this one and is really a different type of thread (it has a lot of bug reporting posts). Kind of silly to compare the two. [/ QUOTE ] I don't think it's silly. Some of the posts are bug reports but look at the page views. People seem to be more interested in what's coming out now (or very soon) rather than what's coming out 3-5 months from now. In 3-6 weeks when the initial "omg what, a new poker manager is out? let me try!" phase ends, people will have the option to continue using HM. At this point PT will continue to have no results (note: I'm guessing here, but given what's been said previously in this thread you guys are pretty locked into keeping features behind closed doors). I'm not trying to bust your hump over this but you are clearly making some very bold statements without anything to back it up other than "trust me". |

Re: PokerTracker: The Next Generation (NEW SOFTWARE DISCUSSION)
One thing is true.
PokerAce Josh, knows his stuff. And supplies a great product. If people dont maximise the software, thats THEIR problem. (Although i'd love Stud/Razz support Josh. ) |

Re: PokerTracker: The Next Generation (NEW SOFTWARE DISCUSSION)
Why doesn't the current version of pokertracker support Bodog tournaments but it does support Bodog cash games? I couldn't really tell any major difference between the two versions of hand histories. I know this is a very small user base and it requires an outside piece of software to write the hand histories (DogWatcher) but support for tournaments would be awsome.

Re: PokerTracker: The Next Generation (NEW SOFTWARE DISCUSSION)
It will be resolved after two months of your customers being unhappy and you are just OK with this and it isn't worthwhile at all to fix?
I think your worthwhile time would best be spent making your customers happy. |

I think your worthwhile time would best be spent making your customers happy. [/ QUOTE ] This only affects a small number of people to the point where they can't play as many tables as they choose to. There are also ways to minimize the impact (close unnecessary apps, reduce screen resolution, etc). Yes, I know it's frustrating, and yes, I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out a way around it short of rewriting the whole graphics system. It might take me longer to develop and debug a solution than it would for FTP to fix their software. Then, when they release their fix, I've got nothing to show but a lot of wasted time. |

[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] PA Josh
[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] PT Pat Sick combo. You guys both do a masterful job maintaining/upgrading your applications and supporting your customers. The drama over your competition in this thread is laughable. |
