Default $2000NL - BvB Battle

This hand takes place in the $2000NLHE event for the WSOP that started yesterday.

The blinds are 300/600/75. First hand after dinner break. I have just over 13k, the SB in this hand has me covered.

Since I am new to the table I don't have many reads on anyone aside from the standard young guy = internet, old guy = nit, middle aged guy = somewhere in between. SB is probably late 20s, doesn't look like he plays too much online but is probably a possibility that he plays a little bit. He's one of the guys with an iPod with HUGE headphones instead of just using the standard iPod headphones, I don't know if that means anything. In my head I figure this type of player is capable of stealing with a wide range of hands here.

I hold A2o in the BB. Folds to SB. He raises to 1800. 3000ish in pot including his raise and my BB.

What's my pushing range here?

I think raise/calling here is bad. We are crushhhheddddd by his range if he comes over the top. If we were 10-15bbs deep , I'd probably just shove. But 21bbs I think I'd just call.

If we call, what the hell are we doing on any non-Ace flop? (happens most of the time). Either shove or fold.

We're really not significantly ahead of his range, though. If he's doing something standard like AA-22, Ax, any broadway, any suited 1 gapper, any unsuited connector, are we thrilled here?

I just don't like going to war with 1 card here.

calling and shoving over his c-bet is def a move not used enough. Even though A2o sucks you still have great FE vs him postflop.

First off I would never fold PF in a billion years. Anyway reraising or calling are both fine IMO. A lot of guys don't raise so much from the SB in these spots, out of position. If it was headsup and SB acted last after the flop, you should likely just move allin PF.
