Default An Unfair Dismissal

***Eat breakfast, and a big one: "Not eating breakfast may reduce your metabolic rate by 10 percent." Studies have suggessted that people who eat more in the morning consume less later in the day. Your body has been in a long fast, refuel it!

So whos the idiot now?

(related to metabolism and calorific intake- thread.)

Therefore il ask again would a 10% metabolism increase allow for 10% more calorific intake...

This is a general question unrelated to the specifics of breakfast benefits.

WTF are you talking about? Who's the idiot?

If this is some continuation of another thread, post it there instead of starting a new one. If this is a continuation of some pissing contest, take it to OOT or something. If you're trying to make some kind of point, posting random quotes with no attribution isn't really a good way to do it.

he started this thread the other day and kyle locked it...

and i think the answer is probably not...there is no guarantee that you will burn 10% more cals since everyone is different...however, only one way to find out...try upping your cals and see what happens, if you start getting fat then decrease, if not then keep going...

OP,

Consider spending less time here and more in the gym and on the trail.

You are assuming that eating breakfast = a 10% metabolic increase. Whatever study you quoted from doesn't say that; it says that not eating breakfast can lead to metabolic slowdown.

Furthermore, if you want to have intelligent discussion, reference your sources. You are spouting absolute nonsense, which is why your crappy posts are getting locked.
