A friend had told me 4pm. Then pokernews said 3pm (and I changed my post). It turns out 4pm was right....

It got delayed because believe it or not poor planing by Rio kicked in. They didn't have enough tables for the returning players-Apparently the No-limit that started today took precedence over the Limit that started yesterday. Nice.....
