[/ QUOTE ] The article makes it out to be unabashedly female-biased, presumably under the assumption that the man would have to be aroused to have sex and therefore couldn't be raped.

I believe what I read in The Sun (albeit a Tabloid) over what I read in the Daily Mail

[/ QUOTE ] The way it basically stands is Sober guy + Sober girl = consensual Drunk guy + Sober girl = Consensual Sober guy + Drunk girl = girl raped Drunk guy + Drunk girl = girl raped Obviously not this simple and I actually think that the times when a girl was just drunk and regrets it and cries rape are the veeeeeery slim minority, but still, no guy could ever bring rape charges against a woman and have it stick unless there were very extenuation circumstances or actual force. In general i think not having sex with very drunk women is probably a good rule, although I'm sure I broke this a few (many) times in college.
