2/4 AQ in MW RR pot
villain is 26/16/1.8 over 253 hands. he likes to CR the flop a lot in HU and MW pots. here's a hand i played against him 10 minutes before.
No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $2/$4 5 players Converter Stack sizes: UTG: $808.10 CO: $518.80 Button: $170.10 SB: $402 Hero: $400 Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 folds, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $16</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $48</font>, SB calls. Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($96, 2 players) SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $62</font>, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $150</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises all-in $352</font>, SB folds. Uncalled bets: $202 returned to Hero. Results: Final pot: $396 here's the hand in question. im assuming he is capable of big bluffs in RR'd pots because of the previous hand. i decided to check the flop to induce and call down. good/bad?? Re: 2/4 AQ in MW RR pot
I dont really like checking the flop behind against two players here.

Re: 2/4 AQ in MW RR pot
the only value in betting the flop in hand 2 comes from protecting your hand, i dont see any worse hands that will call. i actually dont mind a check, and given that u did, i like the way u played it.

Re: 2/4 AQ in MW RR pot
donk,
From description he beats air or a pocket pair that decided to become a bluff. I think if you don't bet the flop this line is fine. No reason to really put him on backdoor hearts. |
