Re: $16: ITM hand against solid 2+2 reg
i think most 2p2ers would be shoving looser than 25% in this spot.

Re: $16: ITM hand against solid 2+2 reg
In SB I think we should shove 90+%, unless you have a maniac image (as I sometimes do) or if BB is a calling station.
I think I call 55+, A3+, K7+ |

Re: $16: ITM hand against solid 2+2 reg
Kevin,
Think about what you shove in this spot and consider that he has pushed the past 5 times from the SB. What are the odds of finding 5 top 25% hands in a row? A lot of you probably (and correctly) push ATC but just about everyone is pushing >60% (22+/A2+/K2+/Q7+). Anyway this is about what I would do... Push: 22+,A2+,K2+,Q5o+,Q2s+,J7o+,J2s+,T7o+,T2s+,96o+,93s +,86o+,84s+,75o+,73s+,65o,63s+,52s+,43s (68%) Call: 33+,A4o+,A2s+,K9o+,K8s+,QTo+,Q9s+,JTs (26%) |

Re: $16: ITM hand against solid 2+2 reg
well, calling depends solely on what you put the pusher's range as. Since he's pushing every hand, you know he's pushing close to 50/60% of hands. With this read, I'd call with 77+,A9s+,K9s+,QTs+,JTs+, so I ensure I'm a favorite against his range, but you can call looser and still be profitable.
I'll also list another factor to consider. If the villain's pushing every hand the other guy (X) might call with a not so profitable hand. If the villain wins the showdown, X is out. If X wins, then the villain will be crippled. One last item to consider, if you start falling behind X and the villain, you can certiantly open your calling range as well as when the blinds hit 300/600. |

Re: $16: ITM hand against solid 2+2 reg
Yeah I don't really know what I was thinking, especially if its 2+2 its gonna be a very wide push and while I don't think a lot of the randoms in $16s are pushing >60% a decent amount of them would (not that it matters here).
