In spite of that, i think this hand has a few good decisions, and i think everyone should post because i feel personally validated when my threads have cool kids in them.

Bellagio 8/16. Game is pretty decent. ~1/2 of pots are raised, usually with ~5 players to the flop regardless.

Dumb Guy limps a lot, but also randomly shows aggression. I have seen him raise QTo in LP after a bunch of limpers (this was at 4/8). He semi-randomly donks and is just kinda dumb.

Taggro is a youngish white dude who feels pretty solid so far. I have a feeling he is raising a little light preflop when he has position.

i ran good for a while + i decided that i am tired of only playing 4/8 + i decided that 100BBs is an adequate roll if you're prepared to move down when you take a hit.

i will probably be gone during early-mid august, my good lad, but would look forward to receiving you after that.

if you're going to highjack my thread, you need to at least contribute some content. you get a pass on preflop, though, since i suspect you would rather bang a Vassar girl than fail to 3bet here.

Has the TAG a history of trying to isolate one or two bad limpers?

Preflop I call.

We have the button and a great big pot hand that also has some TP potential (that may be diminished somewhat by a raise from a TAG). The TAG might raise a lot of hands here to isolate 2 very weak limpers, so I think we even have an equity edge against the range of all three of them, but prolly not a great one. The TAG might as well have us dominated, in which case he will often cap, that's why I forgo I raise (that's likely a litte bit for value).

There's also no need to start building a pot now in case he hit a flush or flush draw, the bad players will likely pay us off anyway.
