Dumb people who think they are smart

I met this girl online, and saw what I thought were revealing enough pics of her. WRONG. Everything about her was fine, but she had a beer belly, and a spare tire. nooooooooooooooooooo.

Anyway, she fell into the category of dumb people who think they are smart. Some examples:

After telling me she is afraid of getting attacked in her neighborhood, she said that she won't carry pepper spray because she is afraid that a high wind might blow it back in her face...

She said she liked Hillary Clinton's values and policies, so I asked "which ones?"
She couldn't think of any. Also, her favorite playwrites were terrble.

I suffered from this condition for awhile but I think I turned things around after spending some time with a therapist. the conclusion they came to was that i had a heightened sense of superority and self worth because my penis is so big. they had me repeat the following sentence a hundred times every night before going to sleep:

Just because I have a 12 inch penis does not mean that I am smarter then everyone else I meet.

It amazes me how many people seem to embrace the fact that they aren't intelligent. Most of the people on facebook have "wut iz a book" or something similar listed as Favorite Books.

It's the attitude that's the problem. These people genuinely don't read and don't ever plan on it, and just because they are aware of that doesn't make it better. In fact, it makes it worse, because they could change if they wanted to.

You can make fun of yourself for little things, or things you can't change, but abandoning reading is too big for that. Acknowledging that it's true, and not doing anything about it, that's the tragedy.
