Default $5,50 JJ with 4bet, bubble

Villan was playing very tight, and I had stolen many blinds from him. Button was mini raising almost every hand. I thought shoving would be a little too much with those blinds. Right? Is it a call or a fold?

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Button (t3090)
Hero (t4640)
BB (t4570)
UTG (t2700)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, J.
Button raises to t400, Hero raises to t1400, BB raises to t4570, 1 fold, Hero ???

Shove it in after his minraise. You have fold equity that way as he is shorter then you on the bubble.
