Oh yea and how about when I E-Mail you guys about a check I haven't recieved in months I get a reply other than apologizing for the delay and telling me you are working on it.

Whenever I close Full Tilt and then reopen it at a later time without restarting my computer, it won't open. This doesn't happen 100%, maybe about 40%.

When 12 tabling hardcore I was getting 1100-1150 hands per hour, now with lag im in the 900s. This is a lose lose situation for both sides, specially FTP. There losing a ton in rake per hour b/c tables are a lot slower lately.
