PAHUD using 45% CPU
Hi,
I've been unable to use my PAHUD for the last month or 2, as a few seconds after i open it the CPU usage jumps to about 45 - 50% and stays there. This happens even when i have closed all other applications, PT, casino software, antivirus, etc. I first noticed that something was wrong when the popup stats were not being displayed and the holecards would show up a hand or two too late, if at all. My machine is not the problem: 3 Ghz, 1 Gig Ram. My databases have less than 50,000 hands combined. I have been in contact with Josh from PAHUD, and he is not sure what the problem could be. Has anyone experienced something similar? I have tried reinstalling versions 1.16 and 1.17.4 beta with no luck. Could something obscure on my computer be causing this? Thanks |

Try turning off flicker free drawing - it's a hog.

Re: PAHUD using 45% CPU
I often find that after I close down PAHud there are still multiple PAHud.exe processes running. Take a look and close down all PAHud processes.
