So if this bill becomes law, is it enforcable?
Will people ignore the law and play or would this law effectively end US citizens participation in internet poker? Thoughts? |

And then just after that, there will be a law banning all internet porn and soon women won't be allowed to show their leggs in the streets, nor their hair and they will abolish electricity and all those devilish modern inventions and they will all live happily for ever (and will go to church 3 times a day, but not during the morning, afternoon or evening pray time).

[/ QUOTE ] I don't think the bill even tries to pretend that it can enforce itself against players but they could conceivably make it hard for internet service providers to sllow access to the sites. What I wonder is...how easy would it be for a online poker company to start their own ISP offshore and market it in the US? |
