Default Mansion cashout

For those who have cashed out from Mansion.

Do you get an email or anything confirming your cashout to your bank? Or do you just cashout and wait until it hopefully shows up in your bank account like 10 days later or something.

No confirmation email but if you log in and your balance is showing zero, than it went through properly.

10 days later, I got an email saying that ING Direct (my bank) denied the EFT.

Money is now back in Mansion. Check withdrawal not an option.

Suggestions?

Transfer it to Matchbook. bet on a few sports games and then call matchbook and have them transfer it to WSEX.
Took me 20 days to get my money back from Mansion for my declined EFT but when i did this is what i did.

I just asked for a bank wire. It went through, and is in my bank right now. No email. Took about a week. Is a direct wire not an option for some of you?
