I'd have cbet the flop because I'd be thinking, if I check and he bets, what am I gonna do? And if I bet and he calls I've got outs. And if I bet and he raises, I can fold and still have enough chips to play all-in poker.

Checkraise big or push. You could also have lead out big.
You have a gutshot and overcards. Villain also probably has an ace or an over pair. All the money is probably going in, but you would like to fold villain out. |
