I've seen some decent girls in Bmore, but never at Hopkins (where I spend most of my time.)
The yuppie bar areas like Fed Hill are much better, and I've seen some really hot girls there. That said, DC is full of hot women. As is Boston. Philly is ass ugly. As is Pittsburgh. |

fwiw, the average chick in honolulu would blow away any city i've ever been in (nyc, la, chi, sf, etc). for the highest number at the peak at any given time, i'd have to go with las vegas (LA if you're looking at resident population only).

me personally, I'm more into nicely dressed cute girls, ala San Fran, Boston, NYC, etc.. but that's just my personal taste. In terms of just plain ol' "hotness", this is easily a nice weather location, whether it be LA, San Diego, PHX, Santa Barbara, Miami, etc.

If you're talking about the top 1% of the top 1%, of all US women, the answer is NYC and it's not close.
If you're talking about where more than 10% of the women are are 9-10s, you could mean Miami, Vegas, Honolulu, LA, etc. |

Las Vegas is crammed to the gills with fatties... fatty fatty fat fat fatties. That's what I learned in a year of living there. Boston is OK. That's what I learned for living in Boston for a year. Santa Barbara is still the winner.

I think it was hotornot.com that found that DC had the highest average rating.
