I would fire again at the turn, maybe $18-20. Everything else looks good.
I don't understand why you fear AA/KK there. You didn't post stats on villian, but who isn't delighted to 3-bet preflop with AA/KK or bet the flop for that matter.

I think you played this well. Checking turn keeps in hands that you beat. Villain is def. folding AK, JJ-TT to a turn bet. Maybe he leads the river and you get some value out of him, or you value bet when checked to like you did. Nh IMO.

Checking the turn in these spots is good because you may get paid off by a PP putting you on AK but it's also bad in case villain can't get away from KQ. If you knew he had JJ here then checking the turn was awesome.
