2/4 stars - What does this mean?
Stars 2/4nl. Limped pot, usually 2-way but occasionally 3-way.
Flop: X Y Z (pot = 8) Hero checks, villian bets 12-15 but usually 12 Ie basically an unraised pot and when checked to villian fires 50% more than the pot. Ive never had a hand in these situations but its happened several times from differnet (non regular) opponents in the last few weeks. Has anyone ever gone the distance to find out? |

Re: 2/4 stars - What does this mean?
either a set or 2 pair building a pot, an overpair or tptk "protecting" his hand if the board is a little scary. in a small pot i don't usually expect to see a draw. i'd usually raise it if i had a big hand, or call with an OESD to the nuts expecting a nice payout. otherwise fold. i think i usually call with a small overpair or TPTK mainly due to a lack of discipline
