I mean the dudes like 85 and has 3 hot gf's, precedent? sure some dork could say they are fake looking, whatever, find me anyone over 80 who has a hotter gf/wife. jeter is a good baseball player that will mostly be forgotten 5-10yr after he retires. Hef is a cultural icon.

I'm not sure how hot most of them were, but I think Wilt Chamberlain boned more women than Hef and Jeter will in their combined lifetimes.

But considering when hef was younger i bet he nailed just about every top notch playmate, so he basically slept with some of the hottest women of the last few decades. I can't think of anyone whos had that type of pull for so long, sure athletes and rockstars have that pull for a few years when there at the top of there careers but it rarely last decades.
