Default In the event of a draft

Hypothetical situation, you're in whatever range the US government has defined as the draft age. The government declares a draft, and you are drafted. What is your response? If it depends on the situation, what factors does it depend on and to what degree? Also, if your not American you can pretend you are for the hypothetical.

I'm not including a poll because I'd much rather hear specifics and why moreso then the make up of the forum is.

I guess I'll be first to say that I wouldn't go, and that I would probably go to Canada. Some may call me a coward for that, but if not wanting to kill and die for something that I don't believe in makes me a coward, well, then me and you have differing definitions on that word.

I'd go, unless it was a manifestly evil war.

OK, but evil is a very subjective term. What factors make or doesn't make something an evil war to you?
edit: and why?

The draft would chase a lot of military-age liberals out-of-the-country and make them felons so if they ever did come back...they could't vote. This would be good for Repubs....listen to Charles Wrangle (NY,Dem) and bring back the draft!

This won't work, as Canada has said that they will deport anyone attempting to evade a US draft in the future. This will probably be vigorously enforced as long as Conservatives control the government.

Among other things, goals, justification, manner of conduct, likelihood of harming innocents. It's definitely a subjective term, but it doesn't really matter, since I'm the one who will be making the decision and I'm the only one I have to justify it to.

Not sure what you mean by "why?" Why I wouldn't fight in a manifestly evil war should be fairly apparent. Why I would fight in another war should also be pretty clear. Essentially, I feel that I have an obligation to fight for my country if they feel they need me bad enough to draft me.

Rain dog,
let's assume that you've already been drafted for the Army

Felix,
Let's not turn this into a Republican vs democrats thing

cpk,
Then I'd go somewhere else

Everyone, personally, what would you guys do in the event of you being drafted?
