Default Indyhand A7o ITM

Reads: Button have been minraising with great success on the bubble, never called. SB have been folding insanely much from all spots.

Irie Here I would call getting my 5:1 and hope to hit a flop. The nice thing is that the pot is so big that schewe will push the flop if it's checked to him almost no matter what and you will get to see what loly does before deciding if your hand is strong enough to go with. I wouldn't have any problem with a push, but I think calling here creates a situation with more potential upside with hardly any risk.

I think folding here is really quite bad. This is the biggest error of the SNG by Indy in my opinion.

Raptor lets see.. min raise.. call.. PUSH!!!!! if you get that 1600 dead from one of em in there yer huge almost no matter what they have, PLUS!! if opening raiser folds, other guy might be scared to bust so folds along while you pwn the stacks.

tigerite Well ok yeah I guess a fold is fairly standard.. I like the idea of letting them just get on with it.

curtains Folding is fine IMO.

Me I think folding is fine. I think with the tightness SB has shown he has A7o beaten by a mile here.

Personally I can't see not calling this. I sure as hell am not folding and don't really like a push. I used to push this 100% of the time, but think that pushing ace rag ITM too frequently might have been a leak.

Yah, I just didn't think I had odds to call. What flop do I want exactly if I call here?

I still think pushing is the best. Even if he also has Ax his x could be 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6.

One with an ace. I wouldn't hate a 379 flop or the like either. Basicly if I pair my ace I like it and if I pair my 7 and there is no KQJ I might like it depending on action.

Im not so sure I like a flop with an A in it. Two guys already showed me some strength before the flop. What hands do you put them on?

Both players had shown that they didnt understand how to play with big blinds. The minraise was a steal, the sb had been making loose calls all game. You are ahead of their ranges and probably have some fold equity over one of them. Push.

The SB likely has our hand range crushed and the button has to have at least something. Reverse implied odds suck too, yes we are getting great odds, but what are we really looking for on the flop?

Lets say the SB has 99. If we flop AT2 we aren't making much. If we flop J72 we might some chips, but the damage won't be too bad. If he has AQ and the flop comes down AT2 things could get ugly. If the flop comes J72 we probably aren't making too much to recoup from the earlier scenario.
Anyway, i can't add more since my laptop is about to die.

this is such an easy fold for me. i wouldnt be suprised if we had the worst hand. plus theres always the chance that these two guys get all in with a big pot brewing.
