scenario: you were playing at a good table, but the two fish who you had position on just left after your last big blind. now two tighter, more aggressive players jumped in (welcome to abs). you unclicked autopost blinds and decide to play out your 4 non-blind hands. you folded 3 in a row and this is the 4th hand.

the table now looks like this.


UTG = 30/1/1.5
MP = 31/12/2
CO = 29/17/1.9
BTN = you
SB = 20/11/2
BB = 30/17/2.2

UTG limps, MP limps, CO folds, you limp with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB folds, and BB checks.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) (4.5 SB)
BB checks, UTG checks, MP checks, Hero...?

Surley thats very close to been in bad taste , however I do find it funny but it is a bit close to the bone.

as of now 28 people have voted and 5 voted to check. one of those votes was my vote. so 23 of the remaining 27 people wanted to bet (85% - !!!).

i stole this hand from high stakes for fun. at a tight aggressive game, checking here is the best decision by a mile.

if anyone wants to disagree, please tell me why you would bet. no one left to act is a very bad player. if you think we're missing out on getting check raised, think about what happens on the turn after we check. and keep in mind that at a game like this it is fairly common for one of these guys to bet a turn blank with nothing or semibluff any draw they pick up.
