It seems like the small unknown affiliates can give rakeback, but guys that are on this site or have a big site on their own can't. I guess my pet iguana will get 20 percent off of Party tables.......... go = RB allowed

no go = RB not allowed

And the answer is: no go.

Ok, i understood this, but what does it have to do with the fact that OP got 'grandfathered' by someone's grandfather?

Here is an e-mail from rakeupdates.com to clear up this whole matter.

"We are getting several msgs about Empire poker rejoining the party network. You have to understand, there really is no more EMPIRE POKER. Party poker bought them and not the affiliates (Party bought the players not us the affiliates). They terminated our contracts with Empire, thus ending rakeback there.

Some empire affiliates are still getting paid for their players, that is, those affiliates who DID NOT gives rakeback. They terminated us right away and everyone else who gave rakeback.

That's not to say you still can't get rakeback on the network, if there's a will, there's a way.

Just wanted to clear that up since we are getting alot of msgs about Empire.. "
