Read the fine print at bet365poker!!!!!!

Won a $60 satellite at bet365poker to get in a $300 satellite, which I won to make me eligible for a $3000 satellite for a chance to win a monte carlo millions package. I tried for 3 weeks to find 9 other players for this satellite and there were never enough players. When time ran out bet365pokers said that's tough you get nothing??!!?? Is this normal??? I've played other sites where they just give you the money in your account? Attached is an e-mail they sent me offering a seat in a $500 tourney instead. I have plenty more if you want to read them. It's a rip off. I guess they had a parrty with the $3K I won.

Thank you for your patience while we have been reviewing your compliant.

As previously discussed, our rules clearly stated that Rounders tokens were neither transferable nor redeemable for cash and as such the network was in a position where players were going to lose such tokens. A decision was taken to put on the MCM Special Freeroll in order for players with outstanding tokens to use them in full and the $75,000 prize pool was increased by the network so as to ensure that we made no gain from the tokens. Unfortunately, it was only possible to put the one final tournament on and customers with different levels of tokens could not be differentiated between.

We are sorry you feel aggrieved by what has happened and as a gesture of goodwill bet365 would like to pay for your entry in to the Online Final of the Scandinavian Open Final which has a buy in of $470+$45, with 1 in 20 winning a seat to the EPT Scandinavian Open held at the Scandinavian Open held at the casino Copenhagen in Denmark on 20-22 January 2006.

I'd take it... the "non-redeemable" clause is standard, and most sites have that in their TOS.

That sucks, but you can either take the seat or take nothing at all. Take it, win the tourney, and then win the big one.

BET365 was on the blacklisted sites at bonuswhores, but then they sent the guy in charge an email saying that it had been resolved and said that they had paid everyone their bonuses, but they LIED!!! I didn't get mine and neither did a lot of other folks!! Look to see them back on the blacklist in a few days with an extra paragraph this time.

I didn't get my december bonus.

I sent 6-7 emails to them but got basically no response. Initially they claimed i hadn't played the required number of hands. When i offered to send my PT hand histories i failed to hear anything back (i hadn't saved a screen capture of my raked hand count).

About the same time i read this thread and figured it was a lost cause. Luckily i had run well so I wrote the bonus off.

Now i when i hear about the Jan bonus i can't say i am surprised.

Hope you can all get your bonuses back....actually i am going to email again about mine.

Yes, they are liars and cheats and need to be fipping burgers at McDonalds or I guess frying fish at the fish and chips cart on the corner. Spread the word, bet365 is not where you want to be!

HI Everyone, I am from a different poker forum and recently read all these posts, but wanted to let you know that in addition to this, there are over 100 other people from the bonuswhores website who were wrongfully denied the bonus this last month. Myself being one of them. Bet365 has had a major meltdown of some kind and I would suggest staying away from all prima sites just to be safe. There are plenty of other trustworthy and bigger sites out there.

It doesn't have 365 listed in its blacklisted sites, but I can't find 365 listed under Prima anymore. Interesting.
