Default Time for a guy question

This question has been asked millions of times. Now it's my turn.

I was at a casino this weekend and talked for a while with one of the dealers. We'd go hang out on his breaks, and at one point he asked me what time it was, I took out my cell phone to check, and he took it from me and programmed his number into it (btw guys, that's a great way to give a girl your number).

He took me out to breakfast the night before I left and asked me to call him the next day and give him my number. So I call him sunday night and leave a message with my phone number. I called him again tonight, didn't leave a message though. He hasn't answered or returned either of my calls.

Alright, I don't get it. We didn't sleep together or anything like it, and he made me promise to call him right before I left the last day. So what gives?

as i understand it, this is simply the standard play.

prolly cause seeming too eager will turn off some women.

Agreed. Definitely seems like the guy is into you, give it a few days.

1) Don't call him again.

2) Anyone who responds with advice to this question is just completely guessing.

Seriously, don't call him again until he calls back. You'll come off as desperate or clingy. If he's interested he'll call back. He may just be playing the old "hard to get line".

Sounds like he might not be the avg tool . . . I think he's giving it a couple days. He came off pretty persistent in the beginning, and now he's backing off a bit, building your anticipation. Giving the gift of missing someone is extremely powerful in attraction IMHO. If he doesn't follow up after 2 or 3 days, it's your call then, either call him, or forget about it.
