One thing to remember is that the Scary Ticket promo went for 3 days while the New Years Ticket promo went for a week. This promo looks to run 5 days.

Comparing the New Year's Giveaway (7 days) & this March Forward Giveaway's (5 days) prize structures, it is a flatter payout structure than in January. This time around, seems like less incentive to reach the top rings if you feel you are quite behind... but at same time, much easier to get into the middle of the pack this time around, albeit, for much less $$.

I "bothered" to break down the payouts in each ring for both promotions as comparison:
