Turn is meh. I think a bet is OK, call is meh as well. River is completely standard.

check-raise on the river is not "completely standard", but is good.

I have got to bet the river here. He limped PF, min raised the turn, giving you decent odds to call. He is trying to get more money in the pot. I think most of the time here villian limped with a pocket pair (sometimes even a high pocket pair PF in an attempt to trap). As it turned out, he got all his money in anyway. If I am villian, I am aware of your straight possibilities and am certainly not looking to get it all-in on the river. However, if hero is aggressive I might call his large river bet. Certainly I would call a pot-sized bet all the time.
