$16 Stars Bad Raise/Call?
PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t200 (6 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com
UTG (t4495) UTG+1 (t2670) Hero (t1105) Button (t2090) SB (t860) BB (t2280) Preflop: Hero is in CO with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero? I dunno I just feel like I fold way too many hands and get the feeling that I am starting to get blinding out and not have any chips to work with. I put the later callers on ranges of AJ-AK and probably around 88-up but I just made the decision to raise and if short stack pushed I would HAVE to call . Is this a bad raise/call? |

Re: $16 Stars Bad Shove?
vs those ranges, it's a +ev shove, but I really think that they're calling much wider than this, especially the SB and the BB. FYI, this is a good shove though like all the time.

Re: $16 Stars Bad Raise/Call?
Wow, you raise this to what, half your stack?
You need to be pushing this. |

Re: $16 Stars Bad Raise/Call?
would obviously feel more confident with some stats/reads on remaining players but w/5BBs left im shoving.

Re: $16 Stars Bad Raise/Call?
I don't use any statistcal software so it would be hard for me to give you stats. I only play one table at a time so I really don't see the need to.

Re: $16 Stars Bad Raise/Call?
if you only play one table at a time you should have some sort of read by now.
