$16. He has a king or a lower pair most of the time. Most likely he'll fold any non-king hand.

flush draws, straight draws, Kx, sometimes 88 and the like. i think that he's calling a turn bet.

Which draw-combinations do you think he called the cbet with?
So if we knew he would call a turnbet with that range, should I second barrel then? |

I have though some about situations where you fire a second barrel on a board where a lot of the villains range is draws. When you do this should you be firing a third barrel a lot of rivers that miss the draw. This hand is not really a good example because the A high has some showdown value vs missed draws. Also the paired turn a and villain oop he probably should not be calling with just a draw. But in spots where you have little to no showdown value and a draw is a large part of the villains range do you guys think firing three barrels is good?
