CCing PF is marginal. CC a 3bet would be a lot better. that said, i think folding against a mostly unknown on this kind of flop is fine. he's making a huge RR, repping (what looks like) a set and you have no idea where you're at in the hand. Calling the flop raise is the worst IMO. its either shove or fold.
