Default To raise the flop with straight draw in MP?

Button is 31.72/26.16/3.19,2.9,1.50 237 hds
SB is 60/0.64/033,0.53,0.84 157 hands

Button is very LAGG

Ultimate Bet 0.02/0.04 Hold'em (8 handed) Ultimate Bet Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
HERO calls, 4 folds, Button raises, SB calls, 1 fold, HERO calls.

Flop: (7 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, HERO checks, Button bets, SB calls, HERO ??

I'm more inclined to raise for value here, in case I hit my straight on the later streets. Oh, I've even got overcards that I can make it 4-5 more outs. That gives me 12-13 outs in total.

My consideration is that if I raise, I'll be getting SB to go along for the ride too, given he has already called one bet from the button. However LAGG button is still to act behind me, and there is a possibility he might re-raise. Any case for this concern here? If he re-raises, well, that would be value for me if I hit my straight here.

In general, how do I play when I'm OOP with a flush draw/OESD with a LAGG acting behind?

SB is not folding for 2 more if button 3-bets (which he usually will). You will not get a free card very much, so the value is slim. You could probably add a couple outs for overcards. So let's raise.

Regarding pre-flop, 8-handed, this is a raise.

as played I just call the flop when it comes back round and prepare to spring the tarp if we hit. no point killing implied odds just yet.

I like to raise pf with KQo at FR. 8-handed the pf raise is probably standard.

I just read HFAP. KQo is in Grp 4, not a good hand to raise UTG. Anyway with certain players in this table, the pot most likely will get raised, so I choose to call, and see the flop if it's going to be favourable. But of course, if it's suited, I'll raise.

I like raising stuff UTG because everyone respects those raises. As played I like a flop raise, and a freecard if given.

I wouldn't use HPFAP's advice on starting hands in micro games. SSHE tight would serve you a lot better in my view.

I noticed your post about JJ. I imagine there are games in which that advice is sound -- it's pretty much how I play JJ in a sitngo -- but I can't see how it's better to limp JJ in a loose micro game, where raising for value is mostly best. I don't think you can go far wrong if you raise every hand that figures to have an equity edge.

Surely then it's better to raise?
